Build Your Commercial Property Investing Team In A Single Night

I remember my 1st deal. My knees were knocking. Fortunately for me I had an experience RE investor walk me through my 1st deal. I also had gotten six months of solid RE education through two home study courses I had purchased, library books on creative real estate and a local REIA seminar.

Think about this. Imagine if you were the owner of a business that put on real estate investment. Your direct (and indirect) competition in the search engines for real estate would come from: any individual who has a house for sale; people looking for houses on Craigslist; the guy selling books on real estate on eBay; the Wall Street Journal’s latest article about real estate; RE agents; the Realtor organization; and even the latest twitter results containing the “word” Real Estate. That’s not to mention all the mortgage brokers, appraisers, contractors, investors, title companies, tax sale auctions and even developers that would all also want their website at the top of those same results.

And these changes in his/her Self-Image will automatically result in DIFFERENT thinking patterns, feelings, attitudes and behaviors. And with the “right” changes in that loser Self-Image, a person will automatically start to think the thoughts and do all the ‘right’ things necessary for him/her to succeed. Everything will start to flow easily and almost effortlessly!

But I was also on his email list, and I constantly got more ideas from him about Scott Yancey, which was priming me to purchase his back-end product – I just didn’t realize it at the time. Finally, several months later, because he had built a RELATIONSHIP with me through his emails, and I NOW SAW HIM AS AN EXPERT in real estate, I purchased my first seminar for $4,000. That began it for me. Over the next four years I spent approximately $80,000 on real estate seminars and training courses from him and other gurus! Was it worth the money I spent? Absolutely! The house I’m living in now, the seller GAVE to me. In fact, he paid ME $15,000 at closing to take it off his hands!

I write these articles to promote my own work, but don’t let that distract you! The point of this article is that all real estate people need “real estate investment” training! “Real estate investment” training is not the same as real estate education. “Real estate investment” training teaches recognizing opportunity, something sadly left out of traditional real estate education. Any “real estate investment” training is better than none, even Carlton Sheets or Ron Le Grand.

Contract assignment means you identify a house below market value, put it under contract, then assign that contract for a fee to a wholesale real estate investor or buyer.

There you have four tips that even a part-time investor can execute in three to four hours per week. What’s the missing ingredient? Your determination and perseverance. If you will unfailingly follow the plan for a few months you will be good on your way to financial freedom.
